What were merely rumors, pretty reliable nonetheless, have been confirmed today by Apple regarding their upcoming iPhone event. The Silicon Valley-based tech mogul will hold this year's event on September 10.
Apple sent out invites today. The event will be held at Apple headquarters in Cupertino, California at 10 a.m. Pacific. Apple is expected to unveil two new iPhones being dubbed '5S' and '5C'. If the rumors are true it will be the first time Apple has announced two new iPhones at the same event. It is also expected to mark the public release of iOS 7.
Last year's iPhone wasn't streamed live for viewers at home but the last two Apple events (iPad Mini event in October 2012 and WWDC 2013) have had live video feeds available directly from them. Hopefully the trend will continue with the September 10 event being broadcast live.
Stay tuned for the latest.
I'm looking forward to details on iOS 7 Future Car & AppRadio news. I wonder if the AppRadio 3 can be upgraded via Firmware to support what ever apple has in store.
ReplyDeleteI'm hoping all of the newer app radios that support the iPhone 5 can be upgraded with features to support some of the new api's in ios7. I will say that i have the beta on my phone and it is working well with my app radio but some new features would be nice.
