EC Touch for AppRadio from Motus Labs has been updated to add iOS 7 compatibility. The new version 3.0.4 which was released yesterday, is available for download from the App Store. Here are some more details.

The latest version doesn't have any interface changes. All functions continue to work as they did with iOS 6. I use EC Touch almost every time I am in my car. It brings many commonly used apps together in one interface.

This is great but I cannot get any AppRadio software to work with iOS 7 on my iPhone 5.
