DashCommand is a vehicle performance monitoring app which uses the OBD-II interface to put nice looking gauges on your AppRadio. The app has been available for a while now and has been updated quite a few times to fix bugs. Today's update version 3.0.1 does more bug fixing. Here are more details.
From the app description:
- Added button to disconnect from A/V Out accessories
- Fixed the photo picker on the iPad 2 and 3
- Fixed a bug where searching for DashXL.net dashboards would sometimes fail
- Fixed some screen resolution/orientation issues when connected to the Pioneer AppRadio
The screen resolution issue was a known one but a minor problem that would correct itself when the app was relaunched. But it's good to know that this issue has been fixed. The rest of the bug fixes and improvements are self-explanatory.
You can download the latest version of DashCommand from the App Store today. The update is not available on Google Play yet.
Since I updated to 3.0.1 Dashcommand no longer fills up all of the screen, it leaves a big gap on the right side.
