Solar FREAKIN' Roadways! The promo video is catchy. A few days ago we posted about that Indiegogo campaign which aims at cutting greenhouse gases by 75%, by using solar powered panels to cover roadways and parking lots.
Well, the crowd-funded campaign has crossed it original goal of $1 million and was sitting at $1,718,697 at the time of this post. And the success has prompted the postponement of the deadline which was originally May 31, 2014.The campaign will now end on June 20, 2014. To contribute visit the Indiegogo page.
