The future of advertising may quite possibly be in Augmented Reality (AR). Pioneer's own AR Experience app was updated to version 1.3 recently. The app wants to give potential customers a tool to try out a product in their car's dashboard, albeit virtually using augmented reality.
The latest update now includes Pioneer's latest NEX line of receivers. Meaning, if you want to know more about any of those devices or find out what it would look like in your car, you would be able to do it before purchasing the product, using the app.
AR Experience will also show you demo videos of each receiver and give you the necessary information you need like features, technical specifications, pricing etc.
