[BREAKING] AppRadioLIVE Isn't Replacing AppRadio Mode, Works Independently

While we thought initially that AppRadioLIVE is a revamp of AppRadio Mode, it has become clear that Pioneer's latest app for its AppRadio Mode enabled head units is designed to work alongside the AppRadio app. AppRadio Mode remains the same with the ability to launch any compatible app from its interface.

What AppRadioLIVE does is completely independent to AppRadio Mode.


With AppRadioLIVE you get functionality of apps like INRIX Traffic, Yelp reviews, Rdio and Stitcher for music, iPod control, and calendar using Eventseeker and Facebook. All these functions are put in one interface that looks great.

To launch other AppRadio Mode compatible apps you will still have to use the original AppRadio app. AppRadioLIVE is for the connected user on the go giving you your daily schedule, weather and news information, and traffic status in one place while playing you music on your way to your appointment or work.
