INRIX Traffic was
updated to version 4.1 about two weeks ago. This AppRadio compatible app works great with AppRadio now. I've been using it on and off. I especially like the ETA info that self-updates based on traffic info. The free version of the app only allows you to save one home and one work location. For additional locations you have to upgrade to the premium version.
As promised here are a few screenshots of the app interface on AppRadio 2.
Incident reports show up on the screen when clicked and automatically disappear |
The 'Settings' menu |
INRIX Scorecard gives you traffic data and graphs for the most popular cities |
You can easily report an incident if you come across one while on the road |
Some features can only be accessed from the iPhone itself; like editing an address |
Clicking on the popped up incident leaves it on the screen so you can read it. Click again to dismiss |
The maps are generic Google Maps; Traffic information is easy to view |
Ah so this is what the program is really supposed to look like.
ReplyDeleteThe app running on a Android phone does not allow you to get directions. Just reports on where you are located. and the GPS Signal does not pass through like it does when you use WAZE.
I hope they give another update for Droid users soon. I like this interface better than Waze.
