How To Check The Time On Your AppRadio From Any Screen [How-To]


One of the main complaints about the AppRadio is the absence of a clock when in AppRadio Mode. There is a large clock in the center of the home screen but most apps don't display the time. There is one quick trick you can do to check the time on any screen or in any menu.

This trick works with the AppRadio 3 and should work with the AppRadio 2 too (requires confirmation). First generation AppRadio users can let us know if this works for them.

CONFIRMED: White Lightning Extension Cable From iMod.Co Works!

Pandora Radio Version 5.0 Adds New Features Including iOS 7 Functionality


The music streaming service Pandora Radio is receiving tough competition from the newly launched iTunes Radio these days. In a possible move to compete better, developers have updated the app to version 5.0 and added a few new features.

Below is a complete list of what's new in this version. Most iPhone features have been added to the iPad version too. A small feature update to the Android version is also mentioned below.

iPhone 5S Issue Fixed, Fully Compatible With AppRadio 3 [User Feedback]


The iPhone 5S running iOS 7 is fully compatible with Pioneer AppRadio 3 and other AppRadio Mode enabled head units.

The issue we posted about yesterday regarding connectivity problems the iPhone 5S had with the AppRadio 3 has turned out to be an isolated issue. User "JC" has emailed us today as to how he has managed to fix this.

We also received feedback from a couple of other users that have confirmed the iPhone 5S works perfectly with the AppRadio Mode enabled head units. Here is the complete list of user feedback regarding the iPhone 5S along with the fix from "JC".

AppRadio App Gets Updated Before iOS 7 Launch


iOS 7 will be available for download tomorrow to millions of iOS device owners. The September 18 launch date comes two days before Apple's latest iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C go on sale. App developers have been updating their apps over the last couple of days to make them compatible with iOS 7.
